Reprograming short address seems to keep prime mover from dying.

When I first received the BJRY GP16, it would go through the startup sounds and then the sounds of the prime mover would die. I could not get it to keep running but I went ahead and programmed the short address. That seemed to solve the problem. The loco is working well, and I am very pleased with it.
