The prototype's distinctive open design featured a V-sloped deck and tall end bulkheads to help keep pulpwood loads securely in place during transit. WalthersProto recreates this specialized freight car with separately applied details, a heavy die-cast metal frame and premium running gear for dependable operation on an HO scale layout.
